I have to add a note about Fitbit.
I wrote about how I love my Fitbit in a blog post on 9/13/13.
Now I love the company too!
I left my Fitbit charging in the wall in a Marriott Hotel in Austin, Texas during SxSW. I called the Marriott and they were very unhelpful. I knew it was hanging there in the wall and yet the woman in housekeeping quickly said without even checking the room that no one had found it. She was pretty rude about it too.
I emailed Fitbit and they sent me a new one for free!
